These steps will show you how to enroll your Android phone, with InTune so that you can access company resources, like email, with your personal or company phone.
Before we begin, remove all Office products (Outlook, Teams, and so on) from your phone. You will not be able to use them so please remove them before we begin.
- Go to the Google Play Store and download, or enable, the Intune Company Portal app
- Once enabled you will see the Company Portal app in your program list. Click that app and then you will see this screen. This step can take several minutes
- Once a Work Profile is created on your phone, you will need to Sign In with your American Logistics account. This step can take several minutes
- Once you sign in, you will need to accept the following changes to proceed.

- Once you click Next you will see this screen, you just need to click Agree. This step can take several minutes
- And that’s it. You have enrolled your phone; you will see this screen next
- If you need to download apps, such as Outlook, Teams, and so on, follow this screen shot, and click “Get Apps”. This will take you to the Company Google Play Store, where you can download
- Once you download an app from the Company Store, you will see that you have 2 “tabs” at the bottom of your phone, a Personal tab and a Work tab
- If you want to see your work apps, click the “Work” tab and you will see this
