If you are having trouble logging into Tableau, please check the following:
1. Are you using the right URL? The best URL for accessing the Tableau server is: http://stg-tableau/#/signin?disableAutoSignin=yes
2. Are you connected to the VPN?
Check your system tray in the lower right corner of your screen for the GlobalProtect icon (a small green or gray globe). Click on it, and it will tell you if you are connected to the company's VPN or not.
3. Are you using the correct username?
The username format for Tableau is "alc\username". If your name was John Shrimp and your company email address was jshrimp@americanlogistics.com, your Tableau username would be alc\jshrimp, and you would use your standard password to log in.
